- EMI/Virgin have confirmed yesterday that the newest Massive Attack album will be out in February 2007. The new album, with the working title "Weather Underground", will be the band's 5th studio album to date. [SideLine]

- The Scissor Sisters' frontman strips down to this hot little number during the group's homecoming concert in New York City on Saturday night. [PerezHilton]

- Underworld and Academy Award winning Gabriel Yared have joined forces to co-write the music to the new Anthony Minghella directed film “Breaking & Entering”. [Energylab]

- 2003 club smash "Midnight" by Solaris Heights is getting a re-release on Airtight Recordings along with a brand new remix by Padded Cell. Out now on 12" vinyl and digital download.

- Back during Halloween weekend in 2004, a man kidnapped a woman leaving Crobar, drove her to NJ and raped her. Police say that they captured the rapist, 22 year old Emlo Rivadeneira of Kearny, NJ. [Gothamist]
