Nû Records launches with the release of Somebody EP by Superstars

October 18, 2006  |  By Sotek  |  0 Comments

logo_nu_records.jpgNû Records is a new French-based digital label, proud to present music from selected and innovative artists, including Wez Clarke, Superstars and Glamour To Kill.

The label launches with the release of "Somebody EP" by Superstars aka Nûgen (real name Emilie de Fouchécour) & Archer. They both have released their productions and remixes on well known progressive labels like Release Records and Sog. First big charts and compilation entries were Nûgen's Darksides and Braaj back in 2004. Their last remix of Kylie Minogue's cover "Glamour To Kill - In Your Eyes" has been played and charted in the summer of 2005 by the likes of Nick Warren and Satoshi Tomiie.

Original Mix is a melodic electro track with a rock rolling bass, vocoder vocals, and enchanting harmony on the chorus. Club Mix takes up melody and vocals and turns the track into a funky progressive track with a hypnotic groove, while the Acoustic Mix is a beautiful and melancholic electro pop interpretation, colored by acoustic guitar and cello lines.
