John Digweed - Transitions Vol. 2

December 6, 2006  |  By Sotek  |  3 Comments

200612_rel_transitions2.jpgFollowing the success of the first in the Transitions series released in June, John Digweed now returns with the eagerly anticipated second volume, set for release early next year.

Released twice a year on UK's long-running Renaissance Recordings, each "Transitions" compilation is taking the inspiration from John's worldwide sets and his globally syndicated Kiss 100FM radio show. Each single disc is full of seamless segues and driving bass lines that represent a current musical glimpse of John Digweed.

Transitions Vol. 2 features cuts from artists such as Abyss, Israeli DJ/Producer and Bedrock Records "regular" Guy Gerber, Dirk Technic, Williams, Jackmate, as well as remixes by Robert Babicz, Tobi Neumann, Joakim, and Digweed himself.

I CAN'T WAIT!!

Hmm... The end track combination (13/14) is seriously kicking. The 12 before aren't my cup of tea though.

This CD really kicks arse! I'm in love with it. Favourite is track 5, the pitch and hold remix
