Brazilian DJ and producer Gui Boratto (full name Guilherme Boratto) is set to release his much anticipated debut artist album, Chromophobia, through Kompakt in February.
Chromophobia will feature thirteen tracks, including his new single "Gate 7".
Boratto has already managed to to appear in the charts and playlists of many leading DJs and producers, including Michael Mayer, Tiefschwarz, Steve Bug, Phonique and many others. His name can be found in catalogues of labels such as Kompakt (and its offshot K2), Audiomatique, Harthouse, Plastic City and others.
Hailing from Sao Paulo, Boratto currently works for numerous local as well as multinational recording companies and is responsible for countless international licensings. Together with his brother Tchorta, he also runs his own independent imprint called Mega Music.
