- Some (fake) news at the end: 2 Many DJs and the Plump DJs are to merge, mirroring the wave of consilidation currently underway in the corporate world. The new combined outfit, said to have a market capitalisation of over $3 will be called "2 Many Plumps". As a result of the merger, at least one Friday every 2 months will be freed up at Fabric in London. A spokesman for the breakbeat industry Mr. GBF commented that "the fusion of 2 Many DJs and the Plump DJs into '2 Many Plumps' heralds a new era of cost control and synergy that will set a blueprint for the breaks genre as a whole."
