- Nathan Coles helps launch the new and very promising imprint Hot Kitchen Records on February 19 with the release of his new EP titled "Snowboarding On Ibiza." Rumour has it the EP was inspired by a conversation following a particularly heavy night on the White island.

- Sakar International announced a device called the iView at CES that you can use with a video-capable iPod in order to watch on a 7-inch screen rather than the iPod's own 2.5-inch screen. The LCD screen offers up a high-resolution quality picture and Hi-Fidelity built-in speakers. [via Engadget]

- The Good, The Bad And The Queen's Damon Albarn has worked with Massive Attack on tracks for their new album. The band are currently working on the follow up to their first new studio album since 2003's "100th Window." [via NME]

- A glass-crowned Apple flagship shop is part of lavish $200 million redevelopment project targeting a one-time amusement center in the Australian city of Melbourne. Developers want to replace the structure with a three-building, mixed-use development complex comprised of ground level retail shops, a hotel and a high-rise apartment building. [via AppleInsider]

- DJ Tiesto's new artist album titled "Elements of Life" will be released on April 10 on Ultra Records. "I'm not looking for any big collaborations right now, I'm more interested in a burgeoning talent - someone whose voice is good, and that really touches you. A voice should sound like an instrument to me," Tiesto says of the album.
