Dutch trance DJ and dedicated businessman Tiesto has recently collaborated with software giant Microsoft on a new appliacation that takes the full advantage of Microsoft's recently launched Windows Vista operating system.
The application, which will easily integrate onto your Vista desktop apparently allows to stay up-to-date with the latest Tiesto news in both an innovative and interactive way, as well as follow him on tour in a dynamic surrounding. You can also listen to the music and watch the videos in your own virtual DJ booth. People who have already installed Vista OS on their computers can download the application for free on tiesto.com.
All we can say is that this is a very smart PR stunt from both Tiesto and Microsoft. But the question remains unanswered: how much he got paid for this? According to CNN, the software giant is apparently spending USD $500 million on Vista marketing campaign. What about Reebok?
I know people dog Tiesto for these things but I say all power to him man! He's using his 'celebrity' to make a few bucks... Who can blame him???
How come I cant use Vista with SSL or Torq? something needs to happen soon! M-Audio and Rane need to develop drivers immediately. Am Livid. Just spent all my tax money and I cant use the system. So much for technology.
