Four:Twenty Recordings to release Music:02

UK-based imprint Four:Twenty Recordings will release the second installment of its label compilation, titled Music:02, in June.

DJ and producer James Mowbray, who also mixed the first in the series, again steps up and delivers a mix-CD that demonstrates the current talent and state of the label. Gently building, the mix includes material from Daniel Stefanik, B-Pole, TG, Ost & Kjex, Deepak Sharma & Dieter Krause, as well as the track "Tropical Heights" - a collaboration between Mowbray and Leiam Sullivan.

The second disc comprises eight full lenght cuts from the label's back catalogue, featuring tracks and remixes from James Mowbray, Martin Buttrich, Loco Dice, TG and Matthias Tanzmann.

On the DJ side Mowbray recently launched his own "Heavy Industries" project, beginning with a series of London (UK) parties. The next (June 30, 2007) will also be the London Launch party for Music:02 with Mowbray DJing alongside Craig Torrance and more.

The cover artwork on this release was created by Bristol spray-can artist Dicy & Phil from Defacethis. They were also responsible for the design of Music:01 and will also design all the label's releases this year.
