Villalobos, a new film by director Romuald Karmakar on Chilean DJ and producer Ricardo Villalobos will have it's world premiere at the 66th Venice International Film Festival on September 8th, 2009. Shot at the infamous Berghain in Berlin, Amnesia and Privilege in Ibiza and Sonar festival in Barcelona, the film focuses in long interviews with Villalobos on how he thinks, how he hears and how he produces his music.

It is a truly refreshing and modern-day perspective on electronic music culture in one of the scene's most exciting cities. it's the real story of DJ Ickarus.
It's really stunning!!!!
